THE waterfall
This waterfall my brother-in-law Ernie has been working on for the past 5-6 months off and on. Lots of hard labor including a jackhammer, but it's almost done...and it's beautiful!

Cousins or Sisters?
Sunday was Mae's first Easter. Courtesy of her GG (Great Grandma) Dorothy, Mae wore an Easter dress that was very similar to the easter dress her favorite (and only) cousin Natalie wore. Mae and Natalie are 6 years apart. They sure do love each other. Mae loves to see Natalie's face and smile at her. My sister and I hope they will be close despite their age difference. Afterall, they do have 50% of the same DNA since my sister and I are identical twins and we married brothers.

In Memory of Ruby Mae
This past weekend, my husband's grandmother Ruby Mae who lived in Ohio passed away suddenly. We had plans to go out to Ohio this upcoming fall to visit Ruby, as she is one of the reasons we named our daughter Mae. Ruby, you will be missed.

Do chickens have twins?

I'm an identical twin and the day before my birthday , I asked my husband to cook an egg for me for breakfast. He cracked the egg in the pan and this is what he found:
This begs the question: do chickens have twins?
